Good central location, close to the cableways and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice amenities. The staff were friendly.
Limited food options and the restaurant room was too small to accommodate all guests. The kids' club was unorganized and not available for extended hours.

The convenience of getting to paganella and being close to Laghet - Prati di Gaggia. We appreciated staying at Majorka. Free parking onsite was provided.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, only a short walk away from the main cableways. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. the breakfast was good, and there were several other restaurant options nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the use of the pool and wellness facilities.
The miniclub was not as organized as we had hoped.

The organization of the events was poor. We were expecting some fun activities for New Year's Eve, but it was disappointing.
